To be eligible to participate in this contest, applicants must reside in and be currently enrolled as a *senior *in a public or private high school located in Sheboygan, Dodge, Washington, Ozaukee, Jefferson, Waukesha, Milwaukee, Walworth, Racine and Kenosha counties in *Wisconsin*. High School seniors submit their video. Our panel of judges will select up to 10 finalists based on three criteria: overall impact, originality, and cinematic style. The finalist videos will be posted on this web page and the general public votes for their favorite entry. See Official Rules page or more information.
