Who Can Enter

1. To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be Males age 18 or older and reside in Sheboygan, Dodge, Washington, Ozaukee, Jefferson, Waukesha, Milwaukee, Walworth, Racine or Kenosha county in Wisconsin.
2. Employees of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc., Sinclair Media II, Inc., and any other company which owns, programs or provides other services to television broadcast station WCGV-TV or WVTV-TV (collectively, the “Station”), Milwaukee Fatherhood Initiative, United Way of Greater Milwaukee, Serve, Inc., Clear Channel, Inc., WKKV-FM (collectively, the “Sponsor”), their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any and all local television broadcast and cable stations, local radio and other media companies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible.  The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.

How to Enter

1. No purchase is necessary to enter.  Only one entry per person.  Only individuals can enter; no group entries.
2. To enter, log on to GetAtYou.org or my24milwaukee.com to complete the online registration form and release, and upload your own thirty (:30) second video. The video must focus on one or more of the following topics:
A. Fears of being a young father.
B. Older dudes getting with younger girls.
C. Things I wish I had known.
D. What I would tell my young self about being a father.
E. Why it’s good to use a condom.
F. What makes a real man?
G. A few ways to show respect for a woman.
H. One of the most important things you want your children to know about healthy relationships.

Each video will be counted as one entry and cannot be entered more than once.  Duplicate video entries will be disqualified, and the Station reserves the right to disqualify the initial entry based on section “6” below.  
3. The contest starts on October 9, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. CT, and all entries must be received by Station by 11:59 p.m. on October 31, 2010.  Entries received after the deadline will not be accepted for judging.  Videos must be submitted online ONLY and must be in .avi, .dv, .mov, .qt, .mp4, .mpeg, .3gp, .asf, .wmv, or .mpg format. Maximum file size = 200 MB. No other format will be accepted.
4. Station is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries, server unavailability, computer or any other electronic malfunction. 
5. All entries, including videos, received that are duplicates, mutilated, tampered with, illegible, or from ineligible applicants will be void.  All entries (including the video) become the property of Serve, Inc., Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc. and the Station and will not be returned.
6. By entering, entrants acknowledge that the video is their own original work.  All entries must be entrants’ original work and should not be/have been submitted to or published or broadcast by any other publication or media company. The video may not contain any copyrighted or trademarked material including but not limited to: photograph likenesses of or references to celebrities or known persons alive or dead, recorded music, published works from books, magazines, newspapers, plays, song lyrics, scripts, essays, articles, web site content, or clips from television programs or movies, sports footage, official logos of any organization, existing artwork or graphic design.  Entrants cannot use copyrighted music in the video; only original or uncopyrighted music. In addition, the video may not contain nudity or profanity of any kind, and may not use real weapons, drugs or any other illegal substance or illegal action. The Station and Serve, Inc. reserves the right to edit, crop or alter the video without notification to or approval by the applicant.

Judging of the Entries

1. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges, comprised of representatives from the Sponsor and the Station. Up to five (5) finalists will be selected by the judges based on the following criteria:

A. Overall impact: dynamic/persuasive/informational/emotionally moving/content
focused message (must focus on one or more of the topics in section 6) (33.3%)
B. Originality: concepts/ideas/format (33.3%)
C. Cinematic Style: overall presentation/ camera angles/ editing/ acting/ direction/ lighting (33.3%)

2. On or about November 3, 2010, the top five (5) finalists will be determined by the judges and the finalists videos will be posted to the my24milwaukee.com website for voting.  Each of the finalists’ video entries will be available for viewing online at my24milwaukee.com from November 4, 2010 through November 10, 2010.
3. From November 4-10, 2010 an online voting period will offer the public the opportunity to vote for their favorite finalist video. The public can vote by submitting their vote online at my24milwaukee.com .  One vote per person per URL address per day.
4. Station or Sponsor may edit the video entries to fit the confines of the 30-second pod in order to accommodate the Sponsor’s introduction and ending.  The Station reserves the right to edit, crop or alter the video without notification to or approval by the entrant.
5. On November 11, 2010, one (1) winner will be selected based on the online voting results. The video with the most votes will be deemed the grand prize winner. The videos with the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th most votes will be deemed the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th place winners, respectively. The winning video will be announced at GetAtYou.org and my24milwaukee.com.
6. In the event of a tie, the finalist with the highest score from the judges’ initial scoring will be selected as the winner.  The decisions of the Station and judges are final. The Station and judges have the right to disqualify any entrant due to the breach of any representation made at the time of entry.
7. Station is not responsible for any computer or electronic malfunction, server unavailability, technological glitch, or human error relating to this contest.

The Prize(s)

1. The grand prize winner will receive an Apple iPad - WiFi 16 GB valued at $499.00. The 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th place winners will receive an Apple iPod Touch - 8GB valued at $229.00 each. In addition to the prize, the grand prize winner will receive exposure when their video airs on the Station. The value of such on-air exposure cannot be determined. 
2. The winners will be notified by phone and must sign and return a release and affidavit of eligibility within seven (7) days of notification.  Winners must show picture identification to claim prizes. Station reserves the right to examine additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding the prize based on the identification presented.
3. If a winner cannot be notified within five (5) days or does not timely sign and return the releases required in paragraph 2 above, then the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by the judges in their sole and absolute discretion.
4. There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for prizes except at the sole discretion of Station.  The Station has the right to substitute a prize of similar value.  No transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.
5. The winners are responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules. 
6. In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that Serve, Inc., Sinclair Media II, Inc., Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc. have the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the finalist and/or winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.

Miscellaneous

1. Contestants are eligible to win only one prize within any 30 day period, regardless of the number of contests entered.
2. WCGV, Inc., Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc. are not liable if the provider of any part of the prize fails to satisfy its obligations to furnish its portion of the prize.
3. Sinclair Media II, Inc., Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc. are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.
4. Complete contest rules are available Monday through Friday during normal business hours at WCGV/WVTV, 4041 N 35th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53216 and on the contest website at GetAtYou.org and my24milwaukee.com
5. For a list of prize winners, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to WCGV/WVTV, Attn: Get at You contest, 4041 N 35th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53216 by December 31, 2010.
6. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.  Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc. Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., WCGV, Inc., and Serve, Inc. accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded hereunder.
7. Station cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information. 
8. Station reserves the right to make rules and contest changes and change the aforementioned contest dates.
