Congratulations to the contest winners!
GOAL OF THE “You Hafta FAFSA” TALENT CONTEST:
High school seniors record a two minute video showing off their talents, skills and self expression to tell fellow students how important it is that they fill out their FAFSA form for college financial aid assistance.
The topic or theme: You Hafta FAFSA to get money for college.
THE WINNER GETS:
The winning video submission will be used to produce a 30-second TV commercial that will air on TV during January and February. And that one lucky high school senior will win a MacBook® laptop complete with Windows Office and a carrying case, compliments of Great Lakes Higher Education Guaranty Corporation.
WHAT HAPPENS NOW:
VOTE for your favorite video out of the three finalists! Register and submit your vote using the tabs above.
Finalists and winners will be notified by phone and the winning video submission will be used to create a TV commercial!
IMPORTANT DATES
Submissions due: by Friday, December 3, 21010 at 12pm CT
The top finalists will be chosen by the judges and notified by phone.
Voting period: December 6-12, 2010. The winning video will be determined by the number of votes received. Be sure to tell friends, neighbors, classmates, parents, teachers, coaches, siblings, cousins... (you get the idea) to vote!
